Resort St. St. Constantine and Helena is the oldest resort’s town on Bulgarian North Black Sea Coast. It si situated on 8 km. on the north of Varna center. St. St. Constantine and Helena is spread over pictures landscape with many coniferous and broad-shouldered trees. This Sea Resort with old history and glory, comply the unique combination of mounting air, mineral spring and sea. The combination of sea climate and hot mineral water are enough to get your rest, entertainment and medical treatment. There are many entertainment spots built on its territory as: internet clubs; restaurants, night clubs, race speeds, water sports and health facilities, jets, surf and others. Currently, at the resort are built modern police station, post office, gas station, healthy center and pharmacy. There are regular transportation to other resorts and the biggest town Varna.
Accessability: One option to reach resort St.St. Constantine and Helena is by landing on Varna Airport and you will pick you up from there (please see on page price). Second option will be landing on Burgas Airport, but than you need to pass 150 km. more to get to Varna and St. St. Constantine and Helena.
Varna
Varna - the biggest town on the North Black Sea Coast. Varna is commonly referred as the marine capital of Bulgaria, a major tourist destination and a centre leading to all the nort located resorts. The town is a cultural and international festivals’ seat. Varna is famous with its international festivals as: July morning, as people gathering together in big groups along the coast to meet the sunrise; the movie festival “Love is crazy”, the theatrical and musical festival ”Varna Summer”, the international ballet contest , jazz festival and the week of folklore and the Sea.
City landmarks includes: the Varna Archaeological Museum, exhibiting the oldest gold in Europe Gold of Varna; the Roman Baths the Battle of Varna Park Museum; The Sea Garden is on avarege of 850 hektars and national monument of landscape architecture, the oldest and largest park in town containing an open-air theatre (venue of the International Ballet Competition, opera performances and concerts; an Aquarium, Dolphinarium, the Nicolaus Copernicus Observatory and Planetarium, a terrarium, a zoo, an alpineum, a children's amusement park, and other attractions. Near by are located the Aladzha Monastery-a medieval Orthodox Christian cave monastery complex, under the protection in the Golden Sands Nature Park and Euxinograd palace, park and winery, residence of the ministers and president of Republic Bulgaria.
